*Sri Kshetra Lenyadri’s birth anniversary with great enthusiasm*Dt. 31 – On the occasion of Bhadrapada Shri Ganesha Chaturthi, there was a huge crowd of devotees from early morning on Wednesday 31st August 2022 for the darshan of Shri Girijatmja at Ashtavinayak Pilgrimage Shree Kshetra Lenyadri (Junnar). On the occasion of Bhadrapada Shri Ganesh Chaturthi, various religious programs were organized by the Devasthan Trust. The Lenyadri area had acquired the form of a pilgrimage. On this occasion, about one and a half lakh devotees took advantage of the darshan of Shri Girijatmaj Ganesha, informed by the president of the temple Sadashiv Tamhane and secretary Jitendra Bidwai. On behalf of Shri Lenyadri Ganapati Devasthan Trust, at 5 in the morning, the vice president of the temple, Sanjay Dhekane, performed Mahaabhishek and Mahapuja of Shri. H.B.P. in the temple from 10 am to 12 pm. Deva birth kirtan was sung by Namdev Maharaj Valke. After that Shri Ganesha Janmotsav was celebrated in traditional manner. After this, Mahaprasad was organized by the Devasthan Trust for the devotees. President Sadashiv Tamhane, Vice President Sanjay Dhekane, Secretary Jitendra Bidwai, Treasurer Kashinath Lokhande, Trustee Shankar Tamhane, Prabhakar Jadhav, Govind Meher, Machindra Shete, Jaywant Doke, Bhagwan Hande, Office Secretary Rohidas Bidwai, Golegaon villagers and staff as well as devotees were present on this occasion. were present in large numbers. The murtis of Shri Girijatmaj Ganesha and flowers were attractively decorated in the temple. Various religious rituals were performed throughout the day and various services were provided to the devotees through the Devasthan Trust.
