Commencement of Scented Incense Stick Program using Pure Flowers at Shri Kshetra Lenyadri

On Monday, November 6th, 2023, a program was inaugurated at the Shri Kshetra Lenyadri temple in Ashtavinayak Ganapati Tirth Kshetra to make scented incense sticks using pure flowers. During the ceremony, a garland, durva grass, flowers, and pure ingredients were offered to the Shri Girijatmaj Ganapati deity. This information was provided by the temple’s chairman, Jitendra Bidwai, and its secretary, Shankar Tamhane.

The popularity of Shri Kshetra Lenyadri, which is located near Koregaon and contains one of the Ashtavinayak temples, has been growing day by day as more devotees and tourists visit the site. The Lenyadri Ganapati Temple Trust provides various services and amenities to devotees and visitors. In addition, the trust holds diverse religious and social events for the benefit of devotees and visitors. The Lenyadri Ganapati Temple Trust is dedicated to serving not only visitors but also different components of society. The garlands, durva grass, and flowers offered to the deity at the temple are carefully collected, and the pure essence is extracted to make scented incense sticks. The Lenyadri Ganapati Temple Trust has worked with the trust members to create these scented incense sticks, and they are made by Reflo Naturals Company. This effort ensures that the fragrance of the offered flowers will last continuously, providing devotees with Shri Girijatmaj Ganapati’s blessings. The inauguration event was attended by the temple’s chairman, Jitendra Bidwai, Vice-Chairman Sanjay Dhekane, Treasurer Kashinath Lokhande, Well-known Govind Meher, Sadasiv Tamhane, Suresh Vani, Prabhakar Gadde, Jaywant Doke, Bhagwan Hande, Reflo Naturals Company Founder Shriram Kunte, Vijay Jaybhaye, and members of the Golgaon village community.
