Thousands of devotees visited the Shri Girijatmaj Ganpati Temple at Shri Kshetra Lene Adri, Junnar, on Sunday, May 26, 2024, to worship Lord Ganesha on the occasion of Sankashti Chaturthi. The temple was decorated with attractive flowers and the idol of Lord Ganesha was adorned with flowers.
At 5:30 am, the temple’s president, Sanjay Dhake, and secretary, Sadashiv Tamhane, performed the abhishek and mahapuja of Lord Ganesha. The devotees then took darshan of Lord Ganesha.
The temple trust organized various religious rituals and activities throughout the day. The devotees were provided with various facilities and amenities by the trust. The temple’s president, Sanjay Dhake, and other officials were present to oversee the arrangements.
The temple’s committee members, including Aviraj Waghole, Rahul Pathade, Amol Bhujbal, Jitendra Bankar, and Pravin Komte, performed the mahapuja and abhishek of Lord Ganesha. The devotees also participated in various activities and rituals organized by the temple trust.
