*Congregation of devotees at Sri Kshetra Lenyadri on the occasion of Angaraki Chaturthi* On Tuesday, September 13, 2022, Shri Girijatmja at Sri Kshetra Lenyadri (Junnar) was decorated with attractive flowers on the occasion of Angaraki Chaturthi. During the day, thousands of devotees took advantage of the darshan of Shri Girijatmaj Ganesha, enjoying the misty atmosphere of the mountains. Due to this, the temple’s president Sadashiv Tamhane and secretary Jitendra Bidwai informed that a pilgrimage to Lenyadri parish had taken place. On behalf of Shree Lenyadri Ganapati Devasthan Trust, at 5.00 a.m. Devasthan Trust President Sadashiv Tamhane, Vice President Sanjay Dhekane, Secretary Jitendra Bidwai, Trustees Kailas Lokhande and Jaywant Doke performed Shree Cha Abhishek and Mahapuja. After that, the devotees took advantage of the darshan. Treasurer of the temple Kashinath Lokhande, trustee Shankar Tamhane, Prabhakar Jadhav, Govind Meher, Machindra Shete, Bhagwan Hande, staff and villagers were present on this occasion. The murtis and temple of Sri Girijatmja were decorated with attractive flowers. Maha Aarti was performed in the temple at 6 in the morning, 12:00 in the afternoon and 6 in the evening. There was a large crowd of devotees at this time. Various religious rituals were performed throughout the day. The crowd was planned by the temple to make it easy for the devotees to have darshan. A grand blood donation camp was organized on behalf of the shrine and in collaboration with Arpan Blood Bank, Sangamner. Devotees responded in large numbers to it. 14 members of Swakam Seva Mandal, Alandi Devachi gave their services by cleaning the Lenyadri area. In the evening Bhajan was performed by Shri Muktai Prasadik Bhajani Mandal, Shivechiwadi. Maha aarti of Shri was performed during night and moon rise. After that, Mahaprasad was organized on behalf of Avdik Rahul Hadwale from Shiroli and Tejal Avinash Gholap from Ale. During the day, dignitaries from various fields took advantage of the darshan of Shri and a large number of devotees came from Junnar area and from Pune, Nagar, Mumbai, Thane, Nashik to have darshan of Shri.
